The first step in enrolling your child(ren) in the Child Development Center is completing an application. The processing and registration fee is due at the time of the application submission. We offer a discounted processing and application fee for additional enrolled children in one family. Prior to beginning in our program, a set of required information forms must be completed by parents/guardians. By regulation, these forms must be kept on file for each child. Upon signing a contract, payment equal to one week’s fee is due. This will be applied as a deposit to the child’s account upon commencement of service. This deposit is non-refundable if your child fails to enter the program.
Lord of Life Child Development Center is committed to maintaining competitive rates with other quality day care facilities in the area. As a result, families will find that we offer a great value for the services we provide. We will be happy to discuss our rates with you when you come for a tour of our facility.
Payment of fees for daycare services are expected to be made in advance of the period for which service will be provided. We accept check, money order, cash or automatic drafts directly from your bank. Fees are based upon the child’s contracted attendance, rather than actual attendance.
When more than one child in a family is enrolled, a discount is given on the fees of the older children.Our program ends promptly at 6:00 PM. Late fees are assessed for each child, for every 15 minutes or portion thereof after 6:00 p.m.A minimum of two weeks written notice is required of a parent who wishes to withdraw a child from the program. If proper notice is not given, full payment for two weeks tuition will be charged.
Each child paying privately for services is entitled to grace days to be used for vacation, personal days, and/or illness. Grace Days may only be used for absences and have no cash value. These days accrue monthly according to the child’s contracted schedule. Grace days begin accruing the first day of the month after the child’s first day of attendance.
Use of Grace Days must be requested at the front desk. In the case of vacations, we would appreciate notification at least one (1) week in advance. Grace days may only be used for absences. Grace days expire 12 months from the date they are accrued and cannot be carried over.Parents receiving benefits from the Department of Social Services are not eligible for Grace Days per regulations.
